The Preview window comes up automatically if SoftCam is launched by itself. It is a video capture application that displays whatever video source is currently being played by SoftCam. The display area is sized at the standard (QCIF) size of 176x144. It is currently not resizeable.

You can use the Preview window to review your titles. It is an indication of how your title will appear to a remote conference attendee.

NOTE: Remember that the Preview window is a video application it its own right. SoftCam can point its output to only one video application at a time. It is always easiest to let the 3rd party video application (NetMeeting, VDOPhone, etc.) launch its own instance of SoftCam.
